Renee is accepting new clients.

Akwaaba/Welcome! I'm Renee,  a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I'm a Ghanaian-Canadian who grew up in Calgary however Airdrie has been home since 2023.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Life can be overwhelming at times, and there are moments when even the simplest things can feel difficult. You may find yourself struggling with motivation, feeling disconnected from the things you once enjoyed, or unsure of how to move forward. If you are experiencing this, you are not alone. Seeking support is a meaningful step toward healing and growth, and I am here to walk alongside you through that process.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and compassion focused, I meet you exactly where you are without judgment. Together, we explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward building the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients strengthen self-esteem, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a more balanced relationship with themselves and others.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my children, cooking, and listening to music.
